Information you provide: When you use our chat, submit a role form, or provide your email, we collect the information you share — including role requirements, company details, and contact information.
Automatically collected: We collect basic usage data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We use your data to: (a) provide recruiting services and match candidates, (b) communicate with you about roles and candidates, (c) improve our platform, and (d) comply with legal obligations.
Chat conversations are processed using third-party AI services (Anthropic) to understand your hiring needs. Conversations are not used to train AI models. We send only the conversation content necessary to generate responses — no personal identifiers beyond what you type.
We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, AI processing), and (b) candidates or companies when there is a mutual match and you have consented to an introduction. We never sell your data.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us through WhatsApp.
You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us through WhatsApp or the chat on our website.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure hosting (Cloudflare), and limit access to personal data to authorised personnel only.

10B provides AI-assisted recruiting services that help companies find and connect with potential candidates. Our service includes an AI chat interface, candidate matching, and introduction facilitation.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate information when using our service. Misrepresenting your company, role requirements, or candidate qualifications may result in termination of access.
Candidate profiles shown during the chat are AI-generated previews based on your requirements. They represent the type of candidates we can source — not confirmed, verified individuals. Verified candidate profiles are provided after engagement with the 10B team.
Starter plan usage is free. Paid plans (Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page and exclude VAT. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
10B facilitates introductions between companies and candidates. We do not guarantee any hire. Once an introduction is made, the hiring process and employment relationship is solely between the company and candidate.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for discriminatory hiring practices, (b) misuse the AI chat for purposes unrelated to recruiting, (c) attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our matching algorithms, or (d) submit false or misleading role information.
All content, design, and technology on 10B is owned by Liquid Trees. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
10B is provided "as is." We are not liable for: hiring decisions made based on our service, the accuracy of AI-generated candidate previews, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Paid plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. We may suspend access for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state law.
